The Face Behind the Studio
With over 10 years of teaching experience, Irina is the creator of the studio and a yoga teacher who brings a nervous system–led, body-first approach to movement, breath, and wellbeing. Drawing on her background in both athletics and mindful movement, she understands how yoga can support the body and mind by enhancing strength, mobility, balance, and body awareness.
Her classes are designed to guide the nervous system toward calm, resilience, and ease. Through purposeful sequencing, breath-led movement, and gentle guidance, Irina helps students reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and move with intention.


At the heart of Irina's work is creating space where everyone - whether beginners, athletes, or those with unique needs - can feel supported, and can cultivate both physical and mental resilience. Every class is an invitation to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and restore balance from the inside out.
