The winter sun is calling 🌞 Join us for a grounding outdoor yoga session at Apex Park — where the air is fresh, the sky is open, and your body can breathe deeper. When: 3pm, Sunday 20th July Where: Apex Park What to bring: Your mat, water, and layers for after What to expect: Gentle movement, mindful breath, and a beautiful collective exhale under the sky There’s something special about practicing outside — the way the sun lands on your skin, the feel of earth beneath you, and the quiet reminder that nature holds us too.

Cancellation Policy
If you book into class and are unable to attend, please early-cancel at least 4h before your class is due to start. You can do so via your FitbyWix dashboard. Late cancellation and/or no shows will incur a class forfeit. Cancellations must be made by the Online app. Calls, emails or messages via social media will not constitute a valid cancellation.
